This web site was developed by Dennis & Eric Smith -- two
brothers who have learned what it takes to build a strong business
by providing great products and excellent service. In 1994, they
started Two Brothers Engraving -- now called 2BPersonalized -- which has become a successful

Engraving Options
Amount of Engraving
Engraving is FREE with every order! Unless otherwise noted,
the following engraving limits should be recognized for the products
ordered on this site:
- Pens will be limited to 1 line of engraving.
- License Plates will be limited to 10 characters.
- Traditional Trophies will be limited to 3
lines of text. Crystal or acrylic trophies can accommodate much
more text.
- Lighters, clocks, tags, and other items with
small engraved areas/plates will be limited to 3 lines of
engraving.
- Awards will be limited to 6 lines of engraving.
- Plaques can include any amount of text that
seems "reasonable" for the size and style you order.
We can adjust the size of your text to fit the plaque, but too
much text will appear too small. If we believe the text you have
requested for any item is too long, we will hold your order until
we contact you for clarification.
Engraving Styles
The following styles are available for pens and other gift items.
Engraving styles on Awards, Plaques and Trophies may be mixed.

How to Specify Your Text for Engraving
If you have selected more than one of the same item but
need different engraving on each, you can either place
a separate product order for each engraving, or define the different
engraving texts on the same product order in this manner:
Item 1 - Your text for engraving on item 1
Item 2 - Your text for engraving on item 2
Defining lines of text: Our engravers have a
great eye for determining how to break your text into different
lines, but if you want to specify how you want lines divided you
may indicate it like so:
Line 1: Love,
Line 2: Sue
That will appear on the item as:
Love,
Sue
PLEASE NOTE: The engraving will be done exactly as entered in
the "Engraved Text" area of the order form. Be sure to
use capital letters where appropriate and that your spelling is
correct! We cannot accept returns on personally engraved items.
(Of course, if we make an engraving error, we will promptly replace
the item with the correction made.).

Product Options & Pricing
Many of the product we offer come with various options (color,
size, etc.) which you may choose. Simply select your preference
from the drop-down menu. If the option adds to the cost of the
product (for example, a plaque size that is 9x12 will cost more
than the same plaque in an 8x10 size), then the increase will be
noted in parenthesis -- ($8.00) -- next to the option in the drop-down
menu. If no price appears next to the option, then the price
of the item is not affected by choosing that option.
In some cases, the price of the product may actually be decreased by
selecting a particular option (a smaller than normal size, for
example). In this case, the amount deducted from the item's
listed price will be indicated by an amount in double-parenthesis
-- (($8.00)) -- shown next to that option.

Using the Shopping Cart
NOTE: Adding an item to the Shopping Cart does not obligate
you to buy it. Like shopping at your local grocery store, the
online Shopping Cart simply holds the items you think you might
purchase, but you do not actually purchase them until you click
on the Check Out button.
When you've finished filling out all the information to order
your item(s), click on the "Continue" button found at
the bottom of the page. If you want to order one of the other items
on our site, just click on the "Add to Cart" button;
this will add that item to your Shopping Cart.
To view the items in your Shopping Cart, click on the "Shopping
Cart" link located at the top of each page. You will then
be shown all items currently in your cart. You have several options
at this point... You can delete any item(s) from your cart; change
the quantity being ordered for any item(s); proceed to Check Out
to purchase the items in your cart; or leave this site without
buying anything (which will cause your cart to be emptied).
To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Back
to Shopping" button located at the top of the Shopping Cart
page and keep adding items as described above.
If you are finished shopping, click on "Check Out" (by
clicking on the link located on the upper-right of each page, or
clicking on the button at the top of the Shopping Cart page).

Ordering  
Review the items in your Shopping Cart and make whatever changes
you want (deleting an item, adding an item, changing the quantity
of an item, etc.). Make any changes you want and then click
on the "Update" button at the bottom of the the Shopping
Cart page. Once your order is finished, click on "Check Out" (by
clicking on the link located on the upper-right of each page, or
clicking on the button at the top of the Shopping Cart page).
A personal information page is then displayed where you will enter
your name, address, email address, credit card info, and any special
instructions for your purchase. You can enter this information
with confidence because this site is a secure
site. And don't worry about getting added to some junk email
list. See our Privacy
Policy.
An Order Confirmation page will then appear. This is your last
chance to change your order. If you have changed your mind about
an item or if you find an inaccuracy, click on the Change Order
button. If everything is correct, click on the Continue button
to complete the transaction.
After your order is submitted, you will see a final Confirmation
Page. Print a copy of this page; it contains valuable information
about your order and will be your receipt.
Your credit card is not immediately charged. We do not charge
your credit card until one of our staff has reviewed your order
to make sure all information is complete and accurate.
Other Ordering Options: Feel free to call us toll free
at 866-896-2767. You will be calling our store. You
can also request an order form be sent to you by email or fax or
regular mail. Just contact
us and let us know what you need.

Payment Security
Online Payments: In order to protect your credit card information
from theft, a Web Server is being used that supports the SSL protocol.
If your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently
the majority of browsers do), then your credit card information
will be protected whenever you submit a credit card number to us.
We have designed our order software to automatically detect whether
your browser supports secure transactions and it will notify you
if your browser does not support this feature. Our SSL certificate
was issued by GeoTrust® and
is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer™ 5.01 and higher
and Netscape/AOL Web browsers version 4.51 and higher.
Secure Payment by Phone: If you still feel uncomfortable
submitting your credit card number online, you also have the option
of placing your order by phone. Call us at (765) 662-2660. (You
will be calling our store location, so the phone will be answered "Two
Brothers Engraving.")

Shipping Costs
We ship standard UPS Ground, 5-7 days, inside the U.S. We also
ship USPS if requested or beneficial. Shipping charges are based
on the amount of your order, following the chart below.
